Orders up to noon Mon-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.

As we are a wholesale site we are delivering multiple boxes
We will use our courier service to deliver smaller loads and larger quantities will be shipped on Pallets.

If you order in units of 8 boxes your delivery will always be free. (Exluding Northern Ireland and Overseas) This is due to maximun weights for the Courier.

Therefore:

1 to 7 (boxes of 12's) is £5 , £6 or £9 (Depending on your Location) £15 Northern Ireland and Overseas.

8 (boxes of 12's) is Free or £7.50 for Northern Ireland and Overseas.

9 to 15 (boxes of 12's) is £5 , £6 or £9 (Depending on your Location) £15 Northern Ireland and Overseas.

16 (boxes of 12's) is Free or £7.50 for Northern Ireland and Overseas.

17 to 23 (boxes of 12's) is £5 , £6 or £9 (Depending on your Location) £15 Northern Ireland and Overseas.

24 (boxes of 12's) is Free or £7.50 for Northern Ireland and Overseas.

25 to 31 (boxes of 12's) is £5 , £6 or £9 (Depending on your Location) £15 Northern Ireland and Overseas.

Pallet Rates

Please visit our Pallet site for information regarding larger orders and delivery.

All deliveries are up to 7 working days for the UK. (weekends are not working days).

Courier deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday.

Please note that UK deliveries may require a signature on delivery.
Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the shipment if the delivery is going to your home address.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type.
(Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

The Consumer services department will assess the problem and may reimburse you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods,and return the goods with a covering letter describing the problem.This must also contain your order number.

Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a 'signed for' delivery.
we cannot except any responsibilty for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example: chocolate that has melted or bloomed due to hot weather)

Refunds

All refunds will be reimbursed (Or part reimbursed) to the card you used in the original transaction or refunded by cheque.
